does anyone have a server width nice bandwith and no traffic limits to create a exchange site ?

i cando all the code for it...
the idea is to create something like http://www.vjcutup.tk/ but width more things that i think is necessary to a exchange site works well

simple things like category's, date of upload, rate, etc..

I can provide you with bandwith from Belgium servers, but there are limits to that... if you can work out a community with dowload for users and support by popular vj's we maybe can create something big..
