a computer dealer near where i live has a very cheap geforce 2 mx200 card from Creative BUT it's a PCI card and not an AGP.
That makes it not fast enogh for videomixing right? i suppose the PCI slot is slower than the AGP being all the new cards AGP (2x,4x,8x) based.
Am I right? I have an All-In-Wonder Radeon which is no good t do mixing because it can only handle a monitor and a TV with a duplicated desktop both at 600x800 (not enough for the resolume controls and no output).
The card is good for TV and everything else so I would like to keep it and find a cheap solution for resolume.

I've got a AIW to and have a second pci card in my desktop. This way I have a dual monitor support. I'm using the PCI card for the GUI of resolume and the AIW card for fullscreen output through the s-video out.

a PCI geforce 2 is definitely a good idea for a cheap 2nd card for running resoume with. You may need to get a scan converter as well though, to turn your geforce monitor signal into a TV signal.

could you tell me more about these scan converters?

scan converter - takes PC (or mac) monitor signal in, converts it to a video signal you can run into your hardware video mixer. Usually has some kind of loop through arrangement so it can be plugged in between your graphics card and your monitor.
Many different makes/models, some with useful functions like zoom/pan the image etc.
Vital piece of VJ equipment...(for most people)
