External Audio FFT trigger

Hi There,
Since I work a lot with classical/ analog music I would love to find a way to use external audio to trigger cue points or control the speed/timeline. I figured you can control the master comp speed with external fft but it would be great if you can link it to one single clip and even trigger cuepoints. Does anyone know a plugin for this?
