Hi,

I wish to make some visuals for music electro live of friends.
I own Resolume software, a computer, and a NeonCaptain Radiator visual synthesizer.
My goal is to mix live : Resolume clips + Radiator visuals + 2 stage cameras
High quality is not necessary, this is for small live shows
Money is a big problem as i'm not a professionnal

I think of this two cheap solutions for my setup :

1) enter the Radiator, 2 hdmi cams in a hardware hdmi mixer / usb interface as the Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini (or RGBLink Mini if Resolume compatible?) and then in usb in the computer with Resolume =>

or 2) enter the Radiator in a hardware hdmi / usb capture device as the ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Plus (if Resolume compatible?) and then in usb in the computer and add 2 usb webcams to the computer and mix all in Resolume =>

Could you please tell me what do you think of this setups ?
Thank you
Marc - France

I'd guess both would work,
the second option having more flexibility.

thank you Zoltán !

yes, the second option seems more flexible, and the source mix is on Resolume, not on external hdmi mixer, better for automation, sound control or midi control or even control with a midi controler as a novation launchpad...

is there the same camera choice in usb or hdmi, or perhaps more choice in hdmi ?
do you think i can find cheap but not so bad usb cameras ?

For HDMI cameras, you'd need a capture card too.

I'm sure a google search would give lots of results for USB cameras.
