Random Blinking

I am new to resolume for the most part. I have ran an older version a few years ago but never had to do any of the setup for it. I am currently running a little of 50 universe's of pixels and running the show from a lighting console (MQ500). I have all my different cues setup into different columns. I have been running into a couple problems though.
1) Sometimes when I transition from one cue to the next where I need resolume to also change, the lights all flash and then fade. I have a fade time set and my layers are set to dissolve, but sometimes it doesn't seem to like to properly fade. I even tried taking them to black first by lowering the opacity to 0 and then transitioning. It will flash back up and back to black and then fade.
2) I will get a random blink off and back on while nothing is happening or changing. We will have a nice look up for our speaker and while they are speaking our entire resolume rig will blink off and back on.
Before Resolume, we were running madrix and never had these problems. Which makes me think it is something I am missing with Resolume. We are running the latest version of Resolume (Including the update that just came out) on a windows machine. specs: CPU = i5-9400 | RAM = 32GB 2666 MHz | GPU = RTX 2060.
(I also haven't been able to find a resolume support email either. Is there an email to talk directly to one of their techs about any such issues that may emerge in the future?)
