How can I jump from one clip to another on beat like in the minute 47:00?

Usually, when I try to trigger different clips quickly there’s some lag and never that smooth like it’s shown in the video. I wonder how can achieve similar results.

Heck the beatsnap option and the transition time of the layer as well. Jumping immediately should be possible
