recording gives a total black output

Hello!
I am using the demo version of Arena6 and I tried to record my composition.
The record button works and when I stop it, the files appear in the folder but it is not possible to play and watch and they keep charging. I tried to open them and I just see total black footage of the length of my recordings.
What can be the problem?
