Run Arena 7.3 and Wire

Hello together,

I have Resolume Arena paid until last update 7.3. Arena 7.3 is the version I use.

Online it is said:

"Wire is made to work with Resolume, both Arena and Avenue are compatible with Wire from version 7.3 and up."

That is why I payed for Wire. I have no money for buying an update for Arena to last recent version.

Apparently it is not possible to install only Wire. So I downloaded the recent combination (Avenue, Alley & Wire) to install Wire and keep my 7.3 Version auf Arena.

Now, after installation, Arena doesn´t start any more (Mac OS X 10.13.6). Opening Arena in Terminal-App gives the following:

Wire seems to be working properly.

I would really thank you for any solution, to let me run Arena 7.3 and Wire on the same system.

Thanks a lot :))

I think that line on the support page should have said "7.3 and up are compatible with Wire patches"
I see how this could be confusing.

Indeed currently it's not possible to have 7.3 installed side by side with the latest Wire release on the same machine, but we're working on that.
Meanwhile re-installing your 7.3 should fix Resolume 7.3. You can get an installer for it from the bottom of the download page.

Please drop us a mail from your account email, to mail@resolume.com, so we can check the further options for you.
Thanks!
