seeking expert to make 1 or 2 how-to screencasts for me

I'm looking to pay a Resolumer to make a video that demonstrates how to do this...

... combined with a fade in/out on clip start/stop.
Then later, if possible, I'd like to pay for some consulting (and probably a screencast) on how to accomplish this...
