Getting away from Watchout

Hi, ive been a long time Resolume fan (with ups and downs but the latest R7 is running smooth on all my systems.
Lately ive been working a lot for a client who does large permanent mapping installations across the globe, and it all runs on dataton watchout. I hate it. Its stuck in 2005, its slow, a lot of features in it suck ass.
Now the client wouldnt mind switching to resolume (as many of the projects dont have such a large budget for a D3 server or the likes), there is only one feature missing in Resolume which holds him back = timeline.
Yes i know u can fake a timeline with autopilots and blanks, but thats too complex workaround as the installations require handover to local operators, often badly trained and underpayed employees of the end client (cant help that..)
Besides this, the system of production / display computers is also a nice feature in Watchout, making your system much more scalable if you have 60+ full hd projectors.
So wanted to rather spark a discussion than a feature request.
Is a timeline down the roadmap, any idea when?
Could the display computers over network become a thing?
I mean i would love to present him a Resolume "pro" license which holds these features and i think Resolume could win a lot of new customers from Watchout.
One of the main reasons he uses watchout is many people can program it, easy to find freelancers, but this would be easily won by people knowing Resolume by now..
Just a thought, curious how the devs and other users see this..
