zoom a logo from the back of the clip to the front

Hi im sure this has been asked and answered i want to bring a logo on a layer from th eback of the clip to the front and then back again i guess a zoom in and out kind of affect. im running a tunnel on another layer while the logos will appear and then either disappear out the back or off to the side and thena nother will appear then seem to come forward up the tunnel and then disappear. as a new user the locations and how the effects will make this happen are still eluding me . thank you
