hi,
I tried to connect 2 laps via firewire, in resolume they can see eachother, but I can't see nothing when I put the vidnet in the deck.
Please, help me
1 lap is HP AMD64 3550+997 mhz 1gb ram Windows XPhome service pack2
2 lap is compaq AMD Athlon XP 1400+1.19 GHZ 240 ram windows xphome service pack2

quite the same here : we can see each other on windows, but in resolume, it's always the same computer that sees the other one !

I had a similar networking problem with windows (but not resolume) which was sorted out by a network savvy mate who tinkered with the IP address settings of the machines.

That's not much help though...

ok i see ! i'll try putting 192.168.0.1 on one machine and 192.168.0.2 on the other
