Dongle Upgrade

I've just purchased an upgrade and need to load this onto my dongle. But whenever i plug in the dongle resolume tells me that thsi dongle is not eligible to run version 7.7
Make sure your Resolume machine is connected to the Internet,
Plug in the dongle, start up Resolume, and the dongle should get updated automatically.
You can double check this in the Preferences - registration tab.
