Multiple Layer Property Panels

Multiple layer properties panels.
I personally have all my busking effects on layers and it would be nice to be able to see all the layer options at once.
Was thinking about my layout and with the new ability to have multiple preview monitors, I could have layer previews on my second screen with the layer property options below each monitor.
Be a lot easier to see what effects are running on each layer without having to click on the layer to switch
