OBS + Resolume (Avenue) PC Specs

Hi,
We are trying to pick a new PC that can support streaming on OBS + Resolume (Avenue). Per the video below we have a lot of frames dropping even just sending the Resolume output to OBS via NDI.

This doesn't include any of the video inputs + green screen chroma key or the audio inputs, so I'm thinking our current Mac is not powerful enough.
My wallet already hurt buying this one for $3K+ back in 2019, so I'm thinking a custom built PC just for streaming to save on cost.
How would I determine the PC specs needed to run OBS + Resolume (Avenue)? Should I be adding the requirements together? or is there a better way to go about calculating the PC specs?
