Wire: Allow option to scroll with trackpad scrolling

Currently, Wire only responds to vertical scrolling on the trackpad, but this causes Wire to zoom in and out.
It would be very valuable to instead use both vertical and horizontal scrolling on the trackpad to pan left right up down around the patch. This could be implemented as an option in settings, as to not conflict with mouse scrolling.
