Layer freeze - Clip freeze - Show stop

Hello,
I have a very strange problem on a Show.
We use Resolume 7.1.2 on a Show with a 4K Projector. The hole show triggert on DMX from a GrandMA 2.
WE use two groups with 6 Layers each, every group ist routed to a slice.
After a while, lets say the Show runs 2 times, one layer freezes (its always layer 7 or layer 10).
When one clip is triggert and the layer freezes the video is on play but nothing on this layer happen anymore.
All other Layers are working fine. To fix this you need to restart Resolume.
Sometimes a Clip is triggert and there is a freeze and sometimes there is a jpeg triggert and the layer freezes.
It happens always on the same 4 or 5 clips/jpegs…
Sometime you can run 2-4 Shows, sometimes it fucks up on the first run.
We tried to change the machine with the same Hardware and Software configuration but we have then the same problem on both machines.
We tried to update Resolume to 7.8. but same problem after a while with both machines .
Has anyone a Idea what’s the problem and how we could solve this?
Can it be a Codec thing (normally the Clips a ProRes), could it be a damaged composition?
I need really your help.
Thank you
