bcr2000 "noOS" problem

I was trying to upgrade my BCR2000, using the update utility program of yours, which I found in your site..
I did this via usb port using the "1.07 version" at first and then the "1.10 v.". After this, I switched off and then on the device, and then it was a "noOS" written on the bcr2000's screen.
Then I lookd at the troubleshooting, downloaded the "MIDI-OX" and tried to load the device (through the midi in port) with the "v. 1.07".
There was a transmiting signal in both (midi out of the soundcard and midi in of bcr2000)and the bcr2000's screen wrote "LOAD". When the transmision terminated, I switched it off and on , but "noOS" was the sign again.
I also tried to find the factory's firmware v.1.03 just in case that this will work, but I couldn't find it, even in your site!!
I have a Live performance in 2 days and I'm really in a hurry...!
Help me pleeeeeeeeeeease as soon as possible...
