Erro 7.3.2 - program closing

This version is closing itself when playing a specific video.
To take the doubt I installed previous versions to test, then came the confirmation. This version 7.3.2 is having problems
The same file works without closing the program in versions 7.3.3 to version 7.3.9.
I sent the tests to the official resolume email and sent the log file. I expect an urgent solution.
To have no doubts, the test was on my computer with other versions of resolume.

Why are you not using the latest build that is 7.9?
Maybe share the video so others can help???

Fixed in 7.3.3 and newer.
Convert your video to DXV, and that will solve it too.

If the version has problems I will not convert more than 8000 files.
The version is in trouble and you know and want to force me to pay for an update and not fix the version.

I want a friendly solution. Because the error is the resolution, not mine.
Forcing the customer who paid dearly to upgrade to solve a problem, is that right?

I will not pay more for update. Do you think it's right to pay every time to fix errors?

I paid for version 7.3.2 working, so I want it working. It wasn't for free.

So convert your files to the right codec and your software will work. Would you get made if you put diesel fuel into a gasoline engine and it doesn't work? Loose the attitude or NO ONE in LIFE will help you!
