I'm on Resolume 7.7.0 running on Windows 10. I have a composition with several decks, for some unknown reason, the composition has 10 layers although none of the decks have content on more than 6 layers. I never added the extra layers. If I remove the redundant layers, as soon as I switch deck they reappear...very annoying!
I tried removing the layers and saving the document, then quitting Resolume. When I open the composition again, the correct number of layers is shown but as soon as I change deck they reappear....

Indeed that's annoying. We have a ticker for it.

The thing is that it's the first time I encounter this issue, I don't think I have it on any other comps (touch wood!).
Please Resolume, don't turn into Adobe with their evergrowing list of bugs that never get fixed!

Can you share the composition?

I'm afraid I can't, it's got a tonne of generative content that is under strict NDA.

Unless it's ok if I delete all the content, but then I guess it'll be no good for troubleshooting.

You can send the composition file to mail@resolume.com, that way no one else will see it, and I promise not to share it publicly
Footage files should not be necessary to include. I guess you can also remove the generator sources, and replace those with the blank source so the layers which had clips still have some content.
