Midi controller feedback crash

Hello,

Since a couple of month, when I perform a visual show all night, there is always a moment when my LED feedbacks of my MIDI controllers stop working (there is still light but nothing change when I change something in Resolume). I have to unplug / replug my controller or in the Midi preferences tab I have to uncheck / check the controller. The problem is that there is like 50% chance for a crash of Resolume when I do that... so it's verry problematic.

I don't know what to do, can somebody help me ?

I use Resolume 7, AKAI launchcontrol XL, AKAI APC 40 MK2, Windows 10

Thanks !

Hi,
I think it was 7.11.1.
I recently download the latest version 7.12.1
I don't know if now it work because the bug happened randomly, often after 3 or 4 hour during a gig...

Do you have any idea about this issue ?

Thanks

Midi controllers can be sensitive to power, maybe the USB cable or connector is not 100%.
If you're also using a BMD USB capture card, we've seen their drivers reset the USB bus.

Could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?
That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.
Don't forget to fill out your email address, so we know it came from you ;)
