Whenever I plug my Novation LaunchControl XL into a different USB port it switches on Resolume and the shortcuts stop working. I always have to plug into the same USB port.

Can anyone help me with this?

Windows 10 - Resolume 7.13.0

Interesting, I don't have the XL, but I tried with the Launchpad mk2 and for me the shortcuts keep on working when I plug it in to different USB connectors.
Does the name of the controller change in the OS?

the name does not change..only the port. Very strange

Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences, after doing such a re-plug where the shortcuts break?

I made 2 LOGs, plugged them into different USB ports. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much.

No. Only LaunchControl XL

Ok, can you send us a screenshot of the midi preferences after the unplug and re-plug?
I'm curious if it's listed twice or not.

LaunchControl XL works perfect on my machines.

check User\Factory templates on upper right side of the controller.

I Resolume preferences - MIDI - Try to refresh device and confirm MIDI input is marked.

Found a launchControl XL in the office, and made a ticket, so weird.
