Windows OSC Software with Cuelists needed

Fellow Resolumers,
we are using Resolume Arena for a theatre performance. Since it won't be us running the show in the end the question came up if we could via OSC and another software make some sort of cue list so that they can fire several OSC message with hitting the space bar. Now QLab did the job fairly well but we are looking for a Windows Software (that does not cost more than 300 bucks for now). I tested several but so for no luck. Mind you, I'm not too much of a programmer but we'd need a reliable solution anyways since they are also not really programmers.
Any suggestions? I tested OSC/Pilot (which is cool but even though you can define workspaces you cannot triggers several commands and define values), Cue Player (which I could not seem to get to work at all), Show Cue System (which also did not work but maybe that's on me, I only had 30 min to test it).
What are your experiences? Basically we want to cue the Transition Faders, the Columns and trigger some effects, sometimes with the same button. But Transition Faders would be the most important.
Best,
Jonas
