Saturation behavior

Hi!

As simple as that:

BG layer is a camera input.

Upper layer clip is a Saturation FX.
(in FX saturation set to 0,
layer blend mode is ALPHA,
layer is at 100% opacity)

When I'm setting the BG layer fader under 100% some colors leaks to competition output.

SERVER HARDWARE:
Resolume arena 7.13.1
Windows 11 pro
intel i9 12900H, 3080ti, 64gb ddr5

Any ideas please?
Daniel.

Set your FX layer to the Cut blend mode

Ok. That works but.... WTF?

I'm using it for years with Alpha mode.

What happens if i want a layer for a few different FXs and want to control it by fader?
CUT is not my solution...

Then disable the alpha channel on your video router/fx and use whatever blend mode you like

When you fade out a layer, it gets transparent, so the effect above it will process a transparent image which will be transparent too. Mixing two semi transparent images, you'll se both in the result.
