Please help me solve this problem…

Hello! I have been your client since 2015 and love the Resolume program very much. Today I launched the Resolume Avenue 4.6.4 program as usual and it showed me that it was not registered. I entered my key, and the program wrote - registered, enjoy! After 5 minutes it showed again - not registered, and I entered the password again. And so several times. I went to your site - and it says - the program was registered too many times (although it's still the same computer). I was prompted to reset my password once. I reset - registered again - after 5 minutes again this problem... Please help me solve this problem…

This seems to happen when the user you're running Resolume with has insufficient privileges to write the registration file.
On windows, try running Resolume using right click on program icon - Run as admin,
on mac open terminal and run:

Code: Select all

sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Resolume\ Avenue\ 4
Then try registering again.
