Change Advanced Output by API

Hello,
I encounter a problem in Arena.
I got 2 display (monitor) which are exactly the same models, and I have created 2 screens in Arena. Screen 1 to Display 1 and Screen 2 to display 2.
Sometimes Windows reverse the displays so the left screen is on the right and the right on the left.
If it is the case, I go to output, Advanced and map Screen 1 to Display 2 and Screen 2 to Display 1.
I would like to automatize this action.
I can detect using windows APIs if the monitor are reversed. But I want to know if there is an API in Arena to manage output so I can map Screen 1 to Display 1 and Screen 2 to Display 2 or Screen 1 to Display 2 and Screen 2 to Display 1? or maybe it's possible via a plugin ?
