Configuring Artnet for DMX control of Arena

Hey all! My church is transitioning from Arkaos Media Master to Resolume. We previously used Media Master to project clips onto an array of EpixStrip Tour fixtures and used DMX from our ETC Hog 4 console to control layers.
Media Master has its own proprietary Kling-Net protocol so the two Epix Drive 900 modules that control the strips, the media computer and HOG console were addressed using that protocol before, but moving to Resolume has us needing to change to Artnet input for the drive modules and they only allow addressing to 10.x.x.x or 2.x.x.x addresses so everything needed to be reconfigured.
At this point I have got Resolume up and running and have successfully mapped our fixtures for the appropriate DMX output. Everything is great and I am excited to be able to make this step up for our setup, but the issue I am facing is getting the HOG console interfacing with the DMX shortcuts for remote control. I feel like they are just not communicating. The HOG console is setup to output Artnet on universe 3, I created and patched desk channels to universe 3 to try to send DMX in to Resolume, but it looks like there is no activity on DMX universe 3 when I look at the preferences page.
This is my first time diving into networking and I am still pretty new to lighting/video equipment in general, so any assistance would be helpful. I will attach some images of my input and output settings and our setup in case they are helpful.
