Stack clips / Multiple sources to one clip

I have 3 clips in one column which I always use simultaneously. It would be nice if I could pack these into one clip to tidy up the project and get rid of 2 unnecesary layers.
So what I need is to place 3 sources on one clip.
The only workaround for now I have found is the video router clip, but then I need to have it source from even more layers which is annoying.
