ClassFactory cannot supply requested class - resolume recording.

Hey guys, been trying to record some 20min demos for a portfolio. When recording in resolume I can't do more than a couple of minutes recording before the output file becomes un-openable and gives me the "ClassFactory cannot supply requested class" error.
I've re-installed all my codec packs (which covers most codecs) Is this simply because resolume can't handle recording for that long? Or do I need to open the file in premiere or something?
