Wire: Feature suggestion: VideoMixer: Add new inlet at top or bottom of list of inlets

Sometimes one needs to be able to add a new inlet at the bottom of the inlet list, behind/below the other existing ones. Currently it always adds a new inlet at the top, so to include a new back layer all of the other inlet connections need to be remade to shuffle them up.
