Resolume Forum

Hi folks!

All of sudden, after about 4 months of working fine, Alley has suddenly stopped opening. When I try to open it, I get a short loading icon and then nothing. I check my Task Manager and I see that it's running in the Background Processes but not in any useful regard. I'm using Windows 11, it's fully updated, so is Resolume and Alley. All firewalls are down, I've tried running it as administrator and I get the same issue.
I was thinking that it could be more of a system issue with Windows 11 but... this is the ONLY program doing this on our venue's new computer.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated, thanks for your time!

Hello, i am having the same issue. I see it in task manager but doesn't show up. Any fix for this ??

Update graphics drivers for both your integrated AMD and Nvidia GPUs.

It worked after updating AMD, thank you, I was up to date with NVIDIA but AMD was not. Solved
