Not sure where the original post went, but here's one with "Global Parameters" in the title.

The ability to link one parameter to another (ie, one playhead drives another, or one clip ending or starting can trigger an event). No more need for OSC loopbacks.

Nah, that's just for linking timelines.
Global Params's has been discussed for a year or two now. Where you can have one param drive another one (linking).

My idea would be to have another option in the param animation cog wheel where you can assign that param a custom name, then in another param cog wheel you could link it to your custom named shortcuts, then add envelope's to remap values as they come in.
