I find it "mega rude" that people take jobs that they are not "ready for yet". Tossing attitude around won't get you very far in this industry
Your best bet is to find a LOCAL friend who knows what they are doing and ask nicely to have them show you as well.
If you don't have any available to you and you have the time to watch and learn, here are some great resources available to you.
(Did you know there's an entire support section that documents how all of this can be done, and it's even located on the same website you posted for help on?)

Then this one:

Then this one:

Take the time to learn from the information in these links, spend a few hours with an external monitor or tv at home and you should be able to get it figured out.
Looking at your pixel map, it seems pretty straight forward (and not 360
)
In advanced output I would create your 4 output slices to match the pixel map, then under the input section I would match what the output section looks like (input and output 4 slices should be identical)
Then throw in a slice transform on your composition and set it to mask mode. from there, just resize your content (or composition transform for a global scale and translation) to make it look right. that will get you a basic full stage view to fit your content. There are a ton of other creative mappings you could do as well, but let's stick to basics for now until you understand those then we can grow from that baseline level
Good luck on your show and your journey, and remember, you will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
