It's ok, not the greatest specs, but it will get you going. It should be able to do 4K output just fine. But the more output's you add and the more layers and FX will take it's toll on it pretty quickly.
The BIG question here is: What is your budget?
The 16gb of ram, the i5 processor and the 512gb of memory are yellow flags for me.
Try to avoid using external storage, so the 512gb of storage isn't going to go very far when you have a small library of DXV3 clips (on top of the OS and applications you have installed). I would say 1TB would be a min for a VJ laptop (I prefer 8TB which is dual 4tb nvme drives) but 2TB would be ideal if you're main job is VJ'ing.
16gb of ram is VERY dated.... That would have been a good spec back in 2015 but 32gb should be the min for ANY laptop being built in modern times. I prefer 64GB to start with as most of your FX are memory based.
i5 is not great. It was an ok option to replace the celeron back in 2010 but for ANYTHING graphics/video/audio related an i7 would be the standard I would lean towards. (I prefer i9's for mobile or thread rippers for desktops).
The 4070 is great! But the big question to ask is: Are my TB3/4 ports tied directly to the GPU or are they being passed through the CPU (optimus) this will determine how many outputs you can use and still control via nVidia vs splitting the setup and control between Intel and nVidia.
I prefer Razer's as they have the best cooling out of all the manufactures. They also use full metal housing so you can drop and abuse them a bit more without worrying if they are going to turn on the next gig.
They're also a bit more pricey $$ than the others, but there's a reason
Clevo/Sager builds are my next to recommend followed by Asus. So this brand makes my top 3 recommendation list for laptop manufactures
For $2,000 USD you can upgrade this laptop to have 32GB of memory, and (2) 2TB Samsung 970 Evo nvme's -

This might get you a bit further into future before needing to upgrade again.
I always treat laptop purchases as a 5-8 year investment. What will get me the longest amount of time before I need an upgrade and what can I buy that will retain itself long enough to be sought after once I resale it in 5-8 years. I know I wouldn't look at anything with an i5 or 16GB of ram, but would others when they are looking to buy it off you second hand? Return Of Investment (ROI) should be considered when purchasing computers or anything over $1,000 IMO.
Happy hunting
