Missing colors when render to file HQ used

If I render to file using normal quality playback will have glitching horizontal black lines in the transparency area when playing back in any software that supports transparency (like OBS)

If I render High Quality with alpha then the transparency layer works but all video playback software (OBS, VLC, Handbrake) see it with missing colors as shown below.
Resolume Alley sees it in the original colors, but again if I convert it in Alley to Normal I get the flickering horizontal black lines.

I initially thought it was something to do with the color space, but YUV Partial / Full options have no effect.
Halp plz.

I have also attached what DXV Normal Quality with Alpha looks like on a white background

Does the initial render play fine in Resolume and Alley?
If it does, try rendering to prores 4444 instead, the other apps might support it better than DXV.

Yes they play as expected in Resolume and Alley. The preview in Windows Explorer are the distorted versions though.
Media player Classic: Home Cinema edition can play back the DXV with transparency and doesn't have the horizontal lines issue, but HQ still has the pink color shift issue.

I eventually tried this after seemingly similar issues I found online with someone discussing After Effects rendering issue. This SOLVES the issue albeit with much larger file sizes.

I very much appreciate your help! I will use ProRes4444 for the time being. (I didn't realize at first it preserved alpha because the setting doesn't say "with alpha" in the resolume clip render options)

Ok, then it sounds like a decode errror in the other programs. We can't do much about that.

We provide the DXV plugin for Adobe apps with our installers. Premiere and After Effects should have no problem with the HQ files either.
