This used to work flawlessly.

We are using ProPresenter 7 to send midi note to Arena.
We have set cues that never change. ProPresenter cues that are manually set or auto set in shortcut midi setup are not matching. ProPresenter is generating different note than Arena receives.
When we auto select note in PP7 it transposes different note in Arena and does not fire.
Seems like its a translation issue.

Any Ideas as to how to make the same midi note appear in PP7 and Arena other than manually inserting.

Have restarted both machine, software updated. Saved Arena file. Only thing that's changed is software upgrades to both PP7 & Arena

What's the middle C you have set for your midi input?

And what do other apps receive as notes?

Sorry its taken so long to get back. Kinda put this on the back shelf.
Right now middle C is C3 in Arena/Resolume
In addition to that, we have recently lost midi output control from the Mac ProPresenter to Resolume
Its sending lots of packets, however Resolume is not responding

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you open up the midi inspector with the small play button in the Resolume preferences, do you see the input there?
Devices still enabled, right?
