So I bought this 4X2 4K60 UHD Multiviewer Seamless Video Matrix Switcher (model ANI-PiP-42UHD) and it works but does not work when it goes to the Datapath I I see my two outputs on my computer but nothing gets displayed on the video walls. I’ve set the EDID to Auto on the matrix switcher, did the supported resolution and htz still nothing. If I bypass the Datapath and plug my two outputs to two 4K monitors it works fine. Is there some setting in the Datapath I can adjust to allow inputs from a matrix switcher? Please help thank you!

Ah neat... so you found a cheapish seamless switcher with benefits.
What device is your "Datapath"? FX4?

Yes it’s a quick little switcher for just one guest VJ. Yes it’s the Fx4 model

Did you also already monitored the outputs from your fx4?

Yes the desktop server runs the room just fine directly to the Datapath

no, I meant, did you plugged anything onto the outputs of the fx4 beside the LED controller with the matrix attached?

I wonder if I need to adjust the Baud Rate on the switcher

Wait… I just realized there’s open inputs on the fx4’s couldn’t I just use the Datapaths as a switcher?

I guess... you need to have the computer with the walldesigner software attached. But I am pretty sure, the switch will not be seamless.
