MY ALPHA IS BLACK

Hi,
I am desperately looking for a solution regarding my rushes which have an alpha channel.
I encoded them from Alley in DXV 3 with an alpha layer, I see the alpha layer displayed in my "clip" window but when the visibility of the layer is at max I have a black background
The worst part is that I tested them on my other computer and it works!
I'll give you some screenshots hoping you can help me
