WHY DO ALL EVENT SPEEDS CHANGE AFTER SAVING THEM (v.7)

Will post screenshots if necessary.
After adjusting tempos in individual scenes / overlays,
then saving the show file, & Shutting Down the system.
Next show, everything is off
.. speeds are either super draggy, slow / or hyper fast,
way too fast, sometimes even so fast it looks stationary.
