Festival Versions Live (Paris)

The Festival Versions Live will take place at the Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, from the 28th of april to the 8th of may (5th may night opened), during the international tradeshow of Paris (Foire de Paris). The Festival will take place in the Hall 6, an independant Hall of 3000 m2 offered for the festival where a special space will be dedicated to the VJing and the visual arts.
Activities like showcases, soft/hardware demos, debates will be going on in collaboration with the other stands participating to the Festival (breakdancing, graff, fashionâ¦) . The goal is to make those urban arts to interact together and show the public the creative potential behind the VJing, mixed with other disciplines.
Shows (concerts, fashion shows, etc..) on the big Scene will be retransmitted on a giant screen with cameras and your visual participation.
The idea is to produce daily videos mix of the events to promote the VJing to the public, make this "underground" discipline evolve.
Plus2 is now making a "CALL FOR VJs", all confused categories, accompanied with or without its prefered DJ, to participate to those activities.

In parallel, two other festivals will take place, â100% Pur Soundâ or â100 Pur Sonâ and âTropics Partyâ or âTropiques en Fêteâ. The first will be dedicated to French and international rock/electric/electronic scene with a popular selection, while the latter will have the Caribbean and the Pacific as a theme .
