Performance tanking when outputting to 230 Universes

Hi Tech Gurus,

Urgent help needed here
Have a project outputting to 400+ led batons which amount to 230 universes

The system was put together by someone else who has built the mapping file on a macbook pro with an M1 chip which runs perfectly fine

The problem is the moment i copy the mapping file an open it on a windows machine the performance absolutely tanks to about 4fps, even on a blank showfile

are there any window specific settings to help optimise it that I might have been missing?

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!

Best regards
Nick

Hi Zoltan

the problem is solved, autospan seemed to be causing the issue

splitting up the fixtures to separate lumaverses solved the performance issue

I'm guessing that it is a bug and not an actual software bottleneck?

We tested on various servers that had I5 I7 and I9 processors and all had the same issue

No problems on macbook pros with M1 and M2 chips

Best regards
Nick

Was running on multiple different machines, 3080 (laptop), 3080TI, 3090
tried on an m2 and m1pro macbook pro as well which did not have the issues

Could you share a composition and an advanced output preset so we can compare with that on our machines?
Thanks!
