Denon Prime 4+ Connections

I've just picked up a prime 4+ and want to try it with Arena.
I'm using the latest demo version or Arena (demo only for now) and have connected the unit to my mac via a ethernet cable and turned off wifi. Arena isn't seeing the unit and says to make sure certain ports are open. I'm not fully sure how to open them, but Ive tried without the firewall active and still nothing. I'm also wondering if they Prime 4+ is actually listed as compatible as it is still fairly new. I presumed as it's basically the same as the original prime 4 then it should be.
Any help on this, especially if it is that I need to be opening the correct ports would be greatly appreciated!
