I can't access my juicebar account from the app. The system thinks I'm logged in from two machines, but I'm not. When I retrieve saved compositions in Resolume where plugins have been used, I get a message that the system cannot find the wire file. I have tried to report via
mail@resolume.com <mail@resolume.com>
get-juicebar.com@mg.get-juicebar.com

So far with no respons.



Any hope?

Maybe your Juicebar hasn't received it either?
They would be the ones who can help with Juicebar issues.

The problem started when I installed automaskpro Resolume 7.15.0 and tried to make it work.

I understand that Juicebar is support is responsible for "Log in" issues to Juicebar and that I have to wait.
But can you please tell me if automaskpro is compatible with Resolume 7.15.0 ?

Some progress to report.

I was able to log into Juicebar now. I could reinstall my favorite plugins.
However Automaskpro still do not show up in Resolume 7.15.0.

Cool that you bought my plug-in! One little problem.... it is for the latest version of Resolume, so 7.17. It wasn't in the text originally but now they changed it. But maybe it would be a good idea for juicebar to also mention it in the details of the plug-in as a separate thing. Sorry for that.... i hope you can update so you can use, it because it's a handy little thing, or contact them and explain the situation. I hope they'll give your money back.

I can not afford to update Resolume yet. It is nothing very usefull to me added since 7.15.
I think automaskpro looks interrsting, but it is not worth the money for the Resolunme upgrade.
