Hi,

is there a possibility to render a video-file including the output transformation? I want to play the file on a media player without laptop and like to include the warping.

Thanks.

Yes, record the screen.

Thanks for your answer - but I don't see these record options. View > Show Recordings doesn't show up in my menu. I am using Arena 7.

When I am recording, the output transformation is ignored.

Recording Screens is pretty new.
Which arena 7.x.x version are you using?

Ok, that version can't record outputs yet.
The latest would be able to.

Alternatively, an external recording solution could work.

And with the new version is ist possible to record the effects of masks in the advanced output, too?

Yes with the latest version (since version 7.17) you can select an output screen and record the same signal that you send to your output including all warping and masking.

This is a really nice function: So one last question: Does the clip renderer in the new version also include warping and masks or is it working on the single clip only; including effects etc.?

The clip renderer only renders a clip, it does not include any layer/group/composition or advanced output modifications.
