Perspective Warping Input

Hello Mapping People !

I was wondering if there is any solution to create a deform quad as input to select a part of my video footage to make a 'simple" perspective correction in the output. Like the tool called "Distortion" in Photoshop. Basically it is the opposite of the classical workflow ..

My 3D footage come from one single camera to create a fake perspective in the room. So i have only one point of view, one camera. If it is not the good way please tell me... but i think that exporting a Cubemap is not the best solution to create perspective illusion.

Regards,

How about the keystone effect?

Thanks Zoltan.
i didn't think about that. It could work but i have to crop the video file before importing it in resolume to make it more efficient.

Can I ask what you want to do exactly? Do I understand correctly that you would like to project a "flat" image onto the 3-D wall?

I will extract one camera perspective point of view from a 3D scene.
To output this on 3 side projection space. 2 walls and 1 floor.
The goal is to create a fake perspective view.

The thing with a one point perspective is that it only really works in a very specific point of view.

Very true, but always a very cool effect though. ;)

@minuit I sent you a private message. Let me know if you got it.

Yes. We made that choix because there is not much space for the audience.
