quick question. im making up some demo discs. am I allowed to use any music? or does it have to be original music or music with consent?
if it has to be original , can anyone help me out with a dj or some music etc.

If it is just for a demo it is normally, alright dj's make demo discs all the time or music they don't have permission to use. though technically not legal, no one is gong to care about the sync royalties for a run of demo dvds

for demos or showreels noone cares. just for comercial use, if you start to earn money with the contents, music of others you might get trouble.
