Guides for Preview Monitor

Would love to have the ability to either add guide lines, or a full custom raster image as the background of the preview monitor.
Upcoming event involves 1600+ team names that will be displayed across a variety of wall sizes, so team name images are made with a general 16:9 aspect ratio. Would be great to be able to make a custom image with boundary lines for the wall so that they can be scaled properly without pushing to output comp.
