Anyone knows if there is a work around to get audio into resolume arena 7 with video feed?

or is there also another way to get audio into resolume not necesarily with video feed but i also still want to be able to output that same audio.

Resolume only outputs audio if it's on a clip inside it, either embedded on a video or as wav file.

What exactly are you trying to do? Why do you need to output the audio through Resolume? You could route the video into Resolume from another software like OBS and output the audio through that same software.
