Sorry, I saw in the patch notes that you hoped nobody was using this, and I certainly was. For some productions, it makes sense to put entirely separate categories on content in groups, assign those groups to separate video walls/displays, and let the "output" just be a overlapping mess with separate Monitors for each group. This makes more sense to me when dealing with video elements which might exist freely in physical space.

I'd appreciate restoring that feature!

You can make your own UI with as many preview monitors as you like. Moving forward, this is the better way of building a UI and working within it.

So sorry, disregard! I somehow encountered a bug which I cannot reproduce. For a while, I was unable to create a Group monitor at all, and I misread the patch notes and thought that was what was removed. No idea how I encountered the inability to create a monitor. Thanks.
