Drives wont load

Same problem l've had with earlier version trials l've downloaded.
On two different machines, same problem.
When l load Resolume, drives are not displayed, or cannot be accessed to load clips.
Sometimes rebooting software will help, though not always.
Please advise.

Just did some testing. Spent an 1/2hr opening & closing v:2.3 &v:2.2.
Had a music cd in drive and kept loading that.
Removed it, then reloaded both versions, both tried to look for cd.
Also had 2 bot apps running in background, and msn.
Did a cold reboot and loaded both versions straight away.
This was on Asus/Athlon machine.
Why is it seeking the cd in dvd drive which has mp3's on it.
Still not clear why sometimes, even when nothing in drive, l am unable to access folders in root directory.

Thats a shame, as its very annoying and l have used Resolume trials for some time now, always the same problem.

So you havnt heard of anyone else having the same problem..mmn, dont know what it could be, that is on both machines. Would it be a d3d application? I use online Vr browsers. Other than that, l had problems with Nero directshow files, neaudio.ax etc, but deleted them now. lm not running any other software when l am running Resolume generally, and doesnt seem to make a diff on either machine even if l am. Still cant get to C drive unless l remove disk and reboot. Is there some way to run a debug log on it and send to you?

Please try Resolume 2.4 beta and see if the problem persists, Resolume 2.4 bea can create a log file and we,d love to have a look at that. Here are instructions on how t activate logging:
